A growing manufacturing and distribution organization in Addison is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Procurement & Office Manager to support daily operations. This role combines purchasing, vendor management, customer service, production coordination, and office administration responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Manage purchasing activities and vendor relationships
  • Source materials and coordinate orders to support operational needs
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning
  • Track and maintain procurement documentation

Customer Service & Order Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare quotes using established pricing guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer support and follow-up

Production Coordination

  • Coordinate communication between purchasing, production, and customer service functions
  • Ensure required materials and documentation are available to support workflow
  • Assist with scheduling and production-related administrative tasks

Office Administration

  • Support front desk and office operations
  • Coordinate office supply and facility needs
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Assist with general administrative projects as needed


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of procurement, purchasing, or vendor management experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Self-directed with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
