In this contract position located near Westerville, OH, you’ll collaborate closely with educators and provide vital assistance to students who benefit from additional classroom support. Your work will play a key part in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Holds current ODE Paraprofessional certification
• Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptable and patient, with a positive approach to student engagement
• Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with daily instructional activities and support individualized education programs (IEPs) as needed
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, fostering academic and social growth
• Help implement accommodations or modifications per student plans
• Assist with classroom management and organization
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and maintain essential documentation
• Support students with daily transitions, activities, and any personal care needs required
• Contribute to a collaborative and respectful environment for all staff and students

This contract role begins as soon as possible and runs through June 22, 2026. Work a consistent 40 hours each week, Monday through Friday, within a supportive high school setting.
