AM & PM Shifts | Monday–Friday | $21.50–$22.50/hr | Overtime Required

Balance Staffing is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a logistics facility in Reno, Nevada. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for steady, long-term work with consistent weekday schedules.

Position: Forklift Operator – Reach Truck

Location: Reno, NV

AM Shift:
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
$21.50/hr

PM Shift:
Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
$22.50/hr

Overtime:
Must be available and willing to work overtime during the week.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of recent forklift experience
• Experience operating reach trucks and stand-up forklifts
• Comfortable operating equipment and working at heights
• Crown forklift experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a forklift skills assessment, if required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Move, load, unload, and stage pallets and materials
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Label, organize, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all warehouse safety and operating procedures
• Support the team with additional warehouse tasks when needed

Important:
This position will not be 100% forklift operation. Candidates must be willing to flex between forklift operation and general warehouse duties, including pallet handling, staging, labeling, and other physical warehouse tasks.
