Qualifications

• 1–5 years of litigation experience
• California Bar admission
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
• Commercial or complex civil litigation experience preferred

• Active admission to the California Bar and good standing to practice law in the state.

• 1-5 years of experience handling complex litigation matters in a law firm or comparable legal environment.

• Ability to take ownership of substantive litigation tasks with minimal supervision.

• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills, with the ability to present arguments clearly and effectively.
