Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Fremont, CA within the electronics manufacturing industry. This role supports specialized printed circuit board assembly processes, including conformal coating preparation, masking, de-masking, potting, staking, and coating activities.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong hand dexterity, patience, focus, and the ability to work with very small components under a microscope. The work environment is stable, growing, team-focused, and quality-driven, with supportive leadership and the opportunity to build hands-on manufacturing skills in a specialized production setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating using proper masking materials and documented procedures.
- Mask and de-mask circuit boards according to drawings, process documentation, and verbal instructions.
- Perform staking, potting, encapsulation, and coating tasks as assigned.
- Use tweezers, hand tools, and microscope-based work methods to handle small and delicate electronic components.
- Operate or assist with automated dispensing and coating equipment as requested.
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and cleanliness while following established manufacturing and quality standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $22 to $23 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Fremont, CA 94538.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Overtime is required.
