Casting Operator - 2nd Shift

Position: Casting Operator - 2nd Shift
Pay: $25.00+/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 1:30 AM, Mon-Thurs) + $3 shift premium
Location: Milwaukee, WI, United States

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Casting Operator - 2nd Shift to start IMMEDIATELY at $25.00+/hour based on experience. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee brass low-pressure casting units, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Initiate programmed machine cycles and monitor HMI controls and alarms to optimize performance
• Conduct visual inspections of castings to meet foundry standards
• Adjust machine settings or escalate issues for maximum cycle efficiency (~80 seconds per cycle)
• Complete production paperwork for process improvement
• Segregate scrap materials to maintain quality control
• Perform weekly cleaning of the molten metal furnace
• Demonstrate versatility by performing all outlined functions as per job analysis

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Must pass Chicago Faucets Functional Job Analysis
• Preferred: Experience in foundry or die casting environment, with understanding of casting practices
