Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury defense

Our client is seeking a 3-10+ year Personal Injury defense Litigation Attorney to handle high-stakes cases.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload with partner support

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Take and defend depositions, appear in court for hearings and motions

• Work directly with clients to strategize and advance cases

• Participate in trials and complex litigation matters

Qualifications:

• 3-10+ years civil litigation experience (general liability defense a plus)

• Strong deposition, motion, and courtroom experience

• Excellent writing and communication skills

• Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments

• Collaborative team player
