Customer Service Representative

Robert Half is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative to join a local team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, assist customers with questions and concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and provide a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer calls
• Assist customers with account questions, billing inquiries, orders, service issues, and general support
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and policies
• Meet performance goals related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
• Provide excellent service while maintaining professionalism and empathy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and multiple screens at once
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
