We are looking for a detail-oriented Coordinator, Pre-Boarding to support onboarding activities for an agriculture organization in Loveland, Colorado. This Contract position focuses on delivering a smooth and compliant pre-employment experience by coordinating documentation, reviewing records for accuracy, and assisting with HR administrative processes. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet with sensitive information, and comfortable working across teams to keep onboarding activities on track.

Responsibilities:
• Guide new employees and internal partners on pre-boarding steps, HR procedures, and required documentation while escalating complex or sensitive matters when needed.
• Track onboarding progress to confirm forms, acknowledgments, and compliance items are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
• Review employee data as it moves between HR process stages, identify discrepancies or missing details, and coordinate corrections with recruiting or HR teams.
• Protect confidential employee information by handling records with care and following privacy and company policy standards.
• Verify that pre-employment and onboarding paperwork satisfies applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
• Contribute to team improvements by assisting with training, testing activities, process updates, and documentation maintenance.
• Prepare routine reports, status updates, and records that help monitor onboarding volume, completion rates, and outstanding issues.
• Troubleshoot administrative or workflow issues that could delay start dates and work with stakeholders to resolve them efficiently.• Experience supporting onboarding, pre-boarding, HR administration, or hiring coordination activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear guidance to employees and internal teams.
• Proven attention to detail when reviewing forms, records, and compliance-related documentation.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Working knowledge of administrative processes, reporting, and documentation standards in an HR environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning HR or enterprise systems such as SAP.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks, meet timelines, and follow up on incomplete items in a fast-paced setting.
