Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (New Graduates are welcome)

Locations: Yuba City and Chico (3 days in Yuba City and 2 days in Chico)

Must be open to travel to Yuba City and Chico locations.

Schedule: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience evaluating and managing patients with vascular and peripheral vascular conditions and will work closely with our physicians to provide high-quality outpatient care.

Key Responsibilities:

•Evaluate and manage patients with vascular conditions

•Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations

•Review medical histories, diagnostic studies, imaging, and laboratory results

•Assist in the management of peripheral arterial and venous disease

•Develop and coordinate treatment plans in collaboration with physicians

•Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care and follow-up

•Educate patients regarding vascular conditions, medications, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications

•Order and review appropriate diagnostic testing

•Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

•Coordinate referrals and ongoing patient care

Requirements:

•Current California Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license, or ability to obtain

•National certification (AANP/ANCC for NP or NCCPA for PA)

•Previous vascular, peripheral vascular, vascular surgery, or related cardiovascular experience strongly preferred

•Knowledge of arterial and venous disease and vascular patient management

•Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred

•Bilingual; Spanish is a plus
