Job Title: Experienced Forklift Operator – Immediate Start

Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

About the Role

A high-volume warehouse in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking an Experienced Forklift Operator to join our team immediately. This is a stable, long-term position responsible for loading, unloading, moving, and staging inventory within our distribution facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to transport materials across the warehouse.

• Loading & Unloading: Unload incoming shipments, inspect incoming freight for damage, and stage materials for put-away.

• Inventory & Palletizing: Transport finished goods to shipping docks, load outbound trailers, and stack materials in designated storage racks.

• Safety & Maintenance: Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections, report mechanical issues, and strictly adhere to warehouse safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on forklift operation experience in a warehouse or distribution setting (required).

• Schedule Availability: Able to work Sunday through Thursday from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM consistently.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Immediate Start: Ready to complete onboarding and start work ASAP.
