• Weekly pay of $23.00 per hour

• Direct deposit & debit card payment options

• Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance

• Service and manage an existing book of commercial insurance business.

• Respond to client questions regarding insurance coverage, policies, and services.

• Process new insurance policy applications and new business leads.

• Review existing policies to ensure coverage continues to meet clients needs.

• Process Certificates of Insurance (COIs), policy changes, payments, and other client requests.

• Gather and maintain accurate client and policy information for recordkeeping.

• Compile and update information related to policy changes and account activity.

• Shop and process policy renewals to help ensure competitive coverage and pricing.

• Follow up on new business leads provided by the agency.

• Provide professional, timely, and knowledgeable service to clients.

• Day Shift, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

• Monday - Friday

• Licensed Insurance Agent experience preferred

• GED / High School Diploma

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Active insurance license required.

• Minimum of 1 year of commercial insurance experience.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with computers and insurance-related systems is preferred.
