**Donora, PA | Night Shift | $26.00/Hour to Start**

Mancan Staffing is hiring a **Skilled Maintenance Technician** to join our clients manufacturing team in Donora! **Starting pay is $26.00 per hour, with the potential for higher pay based on experience.**

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys problem-solving, and has experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

* Install, maintain, and repair production machines and equipment, including **mold changes**
* Respond to emergency and unscheduled equipment repairs during production
* Perform scheduled maintenance during planned service windows
* Troubleshoot and repair **mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems**
* Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to guide repairs and service
* Diagnose equipment issues, replace or repair parts, and test and adjust equipment
* Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities
* Use hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment as needed
* Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report issues to supervision
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety, fire, and electrical safety standards

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED required
* At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a production/manufacturing environment**
* Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
* Experience troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and work orders
* Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

This position regularly requires standing, walking, talking, hearing, and using hands and arms to reach, handle, and feel. Employees may occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Must be able to **frequently lift or move up to 10 lbs.** and **occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs.**
