• Produce and update operating procedures, end-user instructions, reference materials, and training content to support consistent adoption.
• Participate in testing efforts by creating scenarios, validating system behavior, resolving defects, and supporting user acceptance activities.
• Advise stakeholders on Oracle Cloud capabilities, sound process design, and scalable approaches in an environment with shifting priorities and evolving requirements.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3-5 years of direct Oracle Cloud Core HR configuration and administration work.• Strong background supporting Oracle Cloud HCM environments with a focus on Core HR setup, maintenance, and issue resolution.

• Experience designing and maintaining organizational structures within Oracle Cloud, including foundational HR and workforce framework components.
• Ability to lead requirements discussions and translate business needs into actionable system designs and functional specifications.
• Proven skill in creating process maps, SOPs, job aids, training guides, and other business-facing documentation.
• Solid understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and the way HR teams use enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively through ambiguity and change.
