CDL-A Company Driver - 1yr EXP Required - Regional - Dry Van - $1.8k - $2.1k per week

Clopay Transportation is looking for Class A CDL drivers who are safe, professional, and maybe just a little tired of the same old routine. Here, you’re more than a steering wheel holder, you’re the face of our company.

Our freight is multi-stop, dry van, so your day stays moving (in a good way). You’ll interact with customers, help with unloading, and solve problems like the pro you are.

And your truck? 
Only the good stuff: 
• 2020 & 2023 Volvo VNL760 automatics 
• APU units (because idling is overrated) 
• Refrigerators (no more gas station dinners… unless you want them) 
• Double bunks for comfort and storage on the road

**Pay** 
• $0.79 CPM for all miles driven. 
• $34.75 per stop (excluding pickup from plant). 
• $26.00 per hour for non-driving time (fueling, after the first hour of loading/unloading, pre/post trips, and more). 
• Monthly safety pay up to 2% of gross pay.
• $1,800–$2,100 weekly average. 
• Home every week (typical schedule: Sunday through Friday).  
• $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 after 90 days; $2,500 after one year).

1 year of verifiable CDL-A experience required
Must be at least 23 years of age.
Must be able to pass physical abilities test.
No more then 3 jobs in the last 4 year.
Good driving history, no FMCSA major violations. 
No DUI / OWI in the last 10 years.
Must live within 75 Miles of the Manufacturing Facility (Troy, Ohio / Baldwin, WI).
Reliable transportation to facility, equipment is not allowed to be taken home.
