Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with a leading company in the logistics and distribution sector in North Aurora. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center where you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Shift Patterns

• Tuesday to Saturday, 6:30 am to 3 pm

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack

• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages weighing up to 40–50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily productivity goals
• Punctual, reliable, and available for occasional mandatory overtime or weekend shifts

Role for Pick/Pack

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems with high accuracy.
• Inspect merchandise for damage, pack items securely, and apply accurate shipping labels.
• Monitor stock levels and report any inventory discrepancies.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked packing workstation.
