Pick/Pack

Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with a leading distribution center in North Aurora, IL. You will be responsible for locating, picking, inspecting, and packing goods accurately to ensure customer orders are shipped quickly and correctly.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Thursday, 4 pm to 12:30 am

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse environment

Role Responsibilities

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners or voice-to-pick systems
• Inspect merchandise for damage and pack items securely
• Apply accurate shipping labels and seal packages
• Monitor stock levels and report damaged or missing inventory
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment
