Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

Looking for a full time nanny for our 3-year-old. - Hours: 8-4 but can be flexible. - Need someone with Montessori or strong educational experience. Will not consider Nannies without experience. - Prefer someone able to prepare light lunches but not essential. - Only cleaning expectations are picking up after toddler during time here. Willing to consider someone short term (6 months) or long term for the right candidate. Live out preferred but live in can be considered for the right candidate. Expecting second child in January.
