Nanny Needed For My Children - Now Hiring

Recurring babysitter for my happy 4-month-old baby. Looking for someone with experience caring for babies and their constant shifting needs and schedules. I will sometimes be at home taking calls from another room. We have one small dog who does not need care other than being let in and out of the backyard. I could shift the time from 12-3 p.m. if that works better with other jobs, etc, however the length of time (3 hours) is firm as my son is still exclusively breastfeeding. Please only respond if you are serious about this position. I've messaged quite a few caregivers who have ghosted me and I am starting to lose hope about getting a little bit of daytime support!!
