About who needs care: He has COPD and a pacemaker and just recently had emergency surgery where he had two stents put in for two collapsed arteries. He will tell you he can take care of himself, but he cant. He will tell you he can take care of himself, but he cant. He cant clean he cant cook. He cant get a shower and he will lie about it.
