Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for companion care provider for my 91-year-old father. He is currently in a rehab facility and hoping to move back to his assisted living apartment as soon as possible. We would like someone 2-3 afternoons a week to visit with him, take him for walks, and review his calendar/appointments. His 4 children are all out of state, but one of us visits him weekly.
