Home Health Aide Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: She has dementia and sun downing episodes where she repeats herself. She is also on a catheter and just came home from rehab as a fall risk. Ideally need someone who can assist to and from the bathroom and with meals and bedtime Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
