Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a nanny to join our family and become a partner in raising our three children in Ardmore. We would like someone full time who will help coordinate schedules between three busy kids. My two older children are in school until 2p so its largely helping with my newborn, and light household chores associated with the kids. Must be comfortable with pets. Someone creative and nurturing who will play with our kids, encourage their imagination, and help them to flourish.
