Babysitter Needed for my Children

Seeking a babysitter and/ or long term nanny near Bellingham for 2 children. Experience with autistic children would be helpful or someone who is willing to learn through the chaos. Currently able to offer up to 10 hours per week with flexibility in scheduling. (my apologies that the posting is confusing, the hours listed are possible hours, NOT looking for someone 43 hours per week) Hoping to find someone who can get to know our kiddos now to gain confidence in caring for them more hours on school breaks.
