2-3 mornings per week, 4-5 hours per shift Care for 1-year-old: play, walks, feeding, reading, routine support Dishes and kitchen reset Laundry and folding Light tidying and organizing Simple food prep Baby-related projects and organization Occasional light gardening, watering, deadheading, or simple pruning Comfortable alternating between childcare and household support Proactive, dependable, organized, and trustworthy Consistent weekly availability required Infant experience preferred CPR/First Aid and strong references are a plus
