Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for an experienced, warm, and reliable night nurse to help care for our newborn daughter. The primary focus will be overnight newborn care, including feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, burping, and settling the baby back to sleep, while allowing the parents to get several hours of uninterrupted rest. We are looking for someone knowledgeable about newborn sleep and feeding, attentive to safe-sleep practices, and comfortable working independently. Ideally seeking someone with strong newborn experience and excellent references.
