Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a great mother helper for my children in Salem. We would prefer someone who could help out with housekeeping and homework help. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree(preferred not required). Please know I have a special needs child who is amazing but increases needs in the home.
