Nanny Needed

My MIL watches him while my husband and I are at work, but we would like to hire someone for the days so is not able to watch him. My baby is EXTREMELY active and will go all day, thus he needs close supervision at all times, like all babies. We let him roam and explore the house, so you need to be mobile and attentive. He usually naps once in the morning and maybe another time in the early afternoon, on a good day. But is always content as long as he can roam and play. He's not a crier (unless you're trying to get him down for a nap), or is hungry.
