Nanny Needed

We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 kids in Richmond. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and homework help. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, to get to work but we have a car for use for child transportation, pending background check. Prefer non-smoker, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified. My youngest will be 11 next month, has some special needs, but fully verbal and capable of handling her basic needs . Shes Id a funny, outgoing kid and we would like help with her homework after school Older daughter is 15. Very self sufficient but we could use after school help on staying on top of school work.
