Babysitter Needed for my Children

I'm looking for a great person to start helping me with my son who is autistic . We need someone who has autism experience and a lot of patience, who can help me with home and outdoor activities:) This is not your typical child care , must have autism experience :) If you can please include a little info on your autism experience that would be great! Also, favorite activities are the ocean , swimming and waterslides so must know how to swim :) Riding scooters and bikes:) Taking walks:) Thanks so much :)
