Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for an on-call babysitter/nanny for our 1-year-old daughter. We have a nanny who comes regularly, but are looking for a back up in case our nanny is not available. Looking for someone who has an open and flexible schedule that may be available for last-minute needs. Hours would start no earlier than 9 a.m. and end no later than 5 p.m. Our child is mainly at home and very pleasant. The nanny will help with playing, diaper changes, naps, feeding and cleaning baby related items.
