Nanny Needed For My Children - Now Hiring

We're a family in Succasunna with three children ages 4, 2, and 3 months looking for occasional afternoon help in a mother's helper capacity while my wife works some weekday afternoons. I work from home and will be present during these hours, so this is more independent childcare support than solo responsibility though I'm available if something comes up. This isn't a full-time or fixed-schedule role we need flexible, as-needed coverage and are looking for someone comfortable with that kind of arrangement.
