Recruiting Specialist

Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full‐cycle recruiting and support key HR processes. This role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver a strong candidate experience, build talent pipelines, and support onboarding activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and update job descriptions
• Post and manage job ads across job boards and recruiting platforms
• Screen applications and conduct phone/video interviews
• Coordinate 60‐ and 90‐day check‐ins and follow‐ups
• Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling
• Support onboarding logistics and pre‐hire screenings
• Build long‐term talent pipelines and represent the company at job fairs
• Utilize modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media)
• Assist with HR events and additional duties as needed

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience (IT or sales recruiting a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS/CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‐paced environment
• Understanding of employment laws and best hiring practices
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
