Meat Cutter – Full-Time Position

Are you looking to join a skilled and passionate team in an artisan meat shop? We are a well-established, family-owned meat company with 52 years of history, and we’re looking for a dedicated Meat Cutter to join our team!

About the Role:

We are seeking an individual with meat-cutting skills who is eager in all aspects of the retail meat business. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with Sundays and Mondays off. We offer competitive pay, based on experience.

✔️ Meat cutting techniques (basic and advanced)
✔️ Sausage making
✔️ Customer service
✔️ Packaging and vacuum sealing
✔️ Wild game processing
✔️ Specialty product development (e.g., vacuum marinating, hydraulic stuffing, grinding, mixing, and linking)
✔️ Merchandising and retail display
