The BarkSuds Manager position involves overseeing daily operations at the grooming salon. Key responsibilities include:

• Customer Interaction: Serving as the welcoming face of the salon, ensuring a positive experience for clients and their pets.
• Team Management: Supervising staff, ensuring adherence to protocols, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Operational Oversight: Managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and handling memberships.
• Service Knowledge: Being well-versed in all services offered to assist customers effectively.
