Customer Service / Appointment Setting Representative

We're growing our team and looking for people who are comfortable on the phone, genuinely enjoy conversation, and want a clear path to earn more. No merchant services or finance experience required — we have a structured two-day training program and ongoing coaching that will get you up to speed.

What you'll do

• Call small business owners across the country to introduce our payments program
• Have real conversations — answer questions, handle the occasional "not right now" with a smile, and keep things moving
• Book qualified appointments for our account executives to follow up
• Keep clean notes in our system so the next step is easy for everyone
• Hit daily activity and appointment goals with a team that's cheering you on

Who does well here

• People who've worked in customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, call centers, front desk, collections, reception, or anywhere else that meant talking to strangers all day
• Anyone who can pick up a phone without overthinking it — that's the one thing we can't train
• Clear, friendly communicators who stay upbeat after a "no"
• Reliable, coachable, and competitive with themselves
• Comfortable with basic computer work (CRM, email, spreadsheets)

Requirements

• Comfortable making outbound calls all day — this is the core of the job
• Strong spoken English; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work on-site
• 18+
