Commercial Roofer

EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL ROOFER — TPO/PVC

We are looking for experienced commercial roofers to join our roofing crew.

Our work consists primarily of commercial single-ply roofing systems, specifically TPO and PVC. We are looking for experienced roofers who can step onto a job site and perform quality work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair commercial TPO and PVC roofing systems
• Perform tear-offs, substrate preparation, and roof system installation
• Install insulation, cover boards, membrane, flashing, and accessories
• Perform membrane seaming/welding and detail work
• Read and follow project specifications and manufacturer requirements
• Maintain quality workmanship and job-site safety
• Work efficiently as part of a commercial roofing crew

REQUIREMENTS:

• Commercial roofing experience REQUIRED
• TPO/PVC experience REQUIRED
• Must be experienced with single-ply roofing systems
• Must be able to perform quality work with minimal supervision
• Must be dependable, hardworking, and safety-minded
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work
• Must be willing to travel to various commercial job sites
