Independent Contractor Delivery Driver – Peak Season

Elite Xpress Transport LLC is seeking reliable and motivated Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers for upcoming peak-season delivery routes.

Drivers will pick up packages in Roanoke, VA and deliver parcels to assigned service areas. Packages may include items from retailers such as SHEIN, Temu, Walmart, Chewy, and similar retailers.

Service Areas May Include:
Bedford, Forest, Goode, Evington, Lynchburg, Madison Heights, and surrounding areas. Delivery areas are assigned based on current operational needs and availability.

Compensation:
Approximately $3–$4 per completed stop, depending on the assigned delivery area/route.

This is a per-stop opportunity, so earning potential depends on the number of stops you accept and successfully complete. Drivers who have larger-capacity vehicles and are able to take and successfully deliver more packages have the opportunity to earn more.

Vehicle Requirements:

• Must have a reliable vehicle suitable for parcel delivery
• Cars, SUVs, minivans, and cargo vans are welcome
• Vehicle must have enough space to safely transport assigned packages
• Current vehicle insurance required

Driver Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Good driving record
• Must be able to meet required Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) standards
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to pick up freight in Roanoke, VA
• Smartphone with reliable service
• Ability to use a delivery app for navigation, scanning, and proof of delivery
• Ability to follow all delivery and photo/POD procedures
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned deliveries

Delivery Areas: Bedford, Forest, Goode, Evington, Lynchburg, Madison Heights, and surrounding areas, based on availability and operational needs.
