Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech-language therapy plans
  • Provide treatment for speech, language, communication, and cognitive disorders
  • Assess and treat swallowing and feeding difficulties as appropriate
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies
  • Promote patient safety, independence, and improved quality of life

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility, as applicable
  • New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
  • Previous clinical experience preferred, but not required for new graduates
  • Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and patient populations
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach
  • Willingness to travel for new assignments
