Independent Contractor Delivery Opportunity – Tso Chinese (Austin & Round Rock) Tso Chinese is building a short list of independent contractors to perform delivery services across Austin and Round Rock. This is not a waitlist. We maintain a small bench of self-employed drivers who work directly with us instead of through traditional delivery platforms. How it works: Orders are sent to you through the Nash app. You decide whether to accept each delivery request. Runs stay within 5 miles and typically take 10 to 40 minutes to complete. Food is usually ready when you arrive at the store, so there is minimal wait time. Compensation: You earn $3 per completed delivery plus 100% of the customer tip. Tips typically range from $5 to $9, bringing most deliveries to $8 to $12 total. Payment is processed the next day. You also earn $2 in Tso credit per order, and complimentary drinks and snacks are available while you are at the store. Service standards: This opportunity is for quality-driven delivery professionals. Each Tso order goes directly from store to customer with no stops in between. You may not combine a Tso delivery with another platform's order during the same run. You are free to work with other platforms or clients at any time outside of active Tso deliveries. Available service windows by location: Cherrywood: Wednesday through Sunday 5pm to 10pm, plus catering Monday through Friday 11am to 1pm TsoCo (South Congress): Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5pm to 10pm, plus catering Monday through Friday 11am to 1pm Arbor: Sunday 4pm to 9:30pm, Wednesday 6pm to 9pm (varies), Friday 5pm to 10:30pm, Saturday 4pm to 10pm, plus catering Monday through Friday 11am to 12pm Round Rock: Thursday through Sunday 4pm to 8pm Menchaca: Thursday through Saturday 5pm to 10pm Requirements: No special equipment required beyond reliable transportation and a smartphone.
