Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Compact Eligible State

Location Highlights
Hays offers access to western Kansas landmarks and convenient regional road trips.
