Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- BS in Physical Therapy
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in VT and NH, or hold an unencumbered compact license.
- One year of experience as a PT in a home healthcare setting
