Schedule: Monday – Friday (1st & 2nd Shifts Available)

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

An established local facility in Fort Walton Beach, FL is hiring Warehouse Production Associates for immediate, long-term opportunities. This position involves assembly, material handling, loading/unloading, and maintaining smooth daily production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Line & Assembly: Prepare, assemble, and process materials according to production schedules and safety standards.

• Material Handling: Move, load, and unload inventory using hand trucks or warehouse machinery.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products and materials to ensure quality standards are met prior to packaging.

• Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly observe all safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• Physical Capability: Must be able to consistently lift, carry, and maneuver 50+ lbs throughout the shift.

• Work Ethic: High reliability, strong attendance record, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability: Ability to work either the 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 2:30 PM) or 2nd Shift (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM), Monday through Friday.

• Immediate Availability: Ready to start work immediately.
