Schedule:

• Monday - Saturday
• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Consistent hours every week

Potential for Long Term Hire Job Overview: We are looking for dependable Production Associates to join a busy manufacturing facility in Earlville, IL. This opportunity offers long hours, steady work, and overtime for individuals who enjoy staying active in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Load and unload grain
• Package finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies
• Assist team members in meeting daily production goals

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to work overtime and Saturdays
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
