You’ll play a vital role in conducting re-evaluations across grade levels, performing PreK assessments on Fridays, and providing key supervision for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

What We’re Looking For:

• Active and current Louisiana OT license (required)
• Experience conducting OT assessments and re-evaluations within the school setting
• Previous history supervising COTAs or willingness to take on a supervisory capacity
• Comfort working independently in a virtual work environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage a flexible, part-time caseload
• Effective communication skills with both students and staff

Responsibilities Include:

• Complete student re-evaluations across multiple grade levels via a virtual platform
• Conduct PreK evaluations each Friday as part of your weekly routine
• Provide supervision and mentorship to a COTA, ensuring best practices and compliance
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in accordance with regulations
• Collaborate with school teams to support student individualized goals
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of practice

This is a contract virtual assignment scheduled to begin as soon as possible and last one to two months. After the initial contract term, continued supervision of the COTA for a flat fee will be needed, offering the potential for ongoing involvement and extra earnings.
