Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier patient care by utilizing advanced imaging techniques within a dynamic healthcare environment. Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
  • Current ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification, and valid state licensure or eligibility.
  • Proven experience working in a Nuclear Medicine and diagnostic imaging setting.
  • Proficient in performing a broad range of nuclear medicine procedures, including SPECT and PET scans.
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a collaborative healthcare team.

Schedule:

  • Contract position; specific schedule details to be discussed with hiring manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate imaging equipment and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately.
  • Perform nuclear medicine scans and diagnostics as ordered by physicians.
  • Track and document patient procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and patients regarding procedures.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning and safety standards are met.
  • Uphold infection control protocols and radiation safety measures at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing quality assurance and continuing education activities.
