Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Port Saint Lucie, Florida

We're seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, on-site position supporting students across two closely located campuses. In this role, you’ll primarily focus on one main site, with flexibility to occasionally assist at another within the district when urgent needs arise. The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and continues through June 1, 2027, offering you the chance to truly connect with students and staff over a meaningful tenure.

What you bring:

• Current and active national BCBA certification
• Experience or interest in working with K-12 populations
• Ability to thrive in a flexible, multi-campus environment
• Strong communication skills, with a collaborative and compassionate approach
• Willingness to support other district locations in rare urgent/emergency circumstances
• Energetic problem-solving and organizational skills
• Successful completion of district-specific background checks, including fingerprints (with AHCA clearinghouse transfer possible)
• Readiness for time-sensitive credentialing requirements, such as district-issued photo ID badge

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation for students K-12
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans
• Collaborate closely with educational teams, families, and administration
• Support staff through training and ongoing consultation
• Maintain meticulous documentation and reporting
• Be prepared to assist at neighboring campuses as needed for continuity of support
