What We’re Looking For:
- Current, valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arizona
- Prior experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred
- Strong ability to work independently across multiple sites

- Reliable transportation to travel between campus locations
- Adaptability and resourcefulness in dynamic school settings

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct PT services, averaging about 415 minutes monthly (approx. 1.7 hours per week) across all assigned students
- Manage a total caseload of 8 students on four different campuses: Phoenix, Sun City West, Queen Creek, and Goodyear
- Schedule and provide services, maintaining consistent communication with school teams and caregivers
- Document all sessions and progress notes thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Incorporate evidence-based interventions and adaptive strategies tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Support each campus in developing accessible, safe, and positive learning spaces
