Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve a diverse student caseload, providing targeted support to both general education and special education populations
• Act as the school’s 504 Plan Coordinator, ensuring student accommodations are implemented and monitored effectively
• Deliver direct social-emotional education and behavioral interventions to enhance student well-being
• Facilitate collaboration and consultation with school staff, caregivers, and administrators to promote positive student outcomes
• Maintain ongoing documentation and compliance with school and state requirements
