Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in educational or pediatric settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Ability to travel between multiple school sites as needed
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and adaptability
- Previous experience as a “float” or in multi-site roles is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and develop effective, individualized behavior intervention plans
- Support teachers and staff by modeling interventions, providing training, and ensuring fidelity of behavior plans
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to continually assess student progress and make informed recommendations
- Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings and team consultations
- Serve as a resource across various classrooms and programs, adapting to the evolving needs of students
